Budapest: The Managing Director of NFTC – National Federation of Tourism and Transport Cooperatives of India Limited and Chair for India Skills Development Council, Dr. Sandeep Marwah went through 6 days in Budapest to gain proficiency in the ways and means of the nation of Hungary.
Everything began meeting H.E. Kumar Tuhin (Ambassador of India to Hungary). Am interaction with famous traveller and consultant Edit Esko and prestigious Hungarian film maker Ferenc Borbely was a learning experience.
Being a Vice President of the first Mobile Film Festival alongside Prof. Karl Bardosh of New York University and Yuanyuan Film Finance Consultant from China was another great experience, which was followed by a press conference.
Spending time with Dr. Phd Robert Richard (film and television personality) and understanding the international ways of festival likewise added to the game. An award for being Vice President of the festival was a motivating activity as well.
Visit to Oktopus Multimedia Institute and joining hands with AAFT added a ton to the trip. Meeting with Filmmaker Jeno Hodi (Director of Budapest Film Academy) was revival of the contacts.
Meetings with Judith Lazar (renowned makeup artists), Zsuzsi (actor and dancer), Tibor Kovac (former Director Hungarian Cultural Center), Entz Boldizsar Peter, Abdul Korkut, Steve Kaszi, Journalist Ildi and TV interview by Csilla Temesvari of RTL Club were other events of the trip.
Visiting some special and famous areas like New York Café, Heritage Hotel Corinthia, Hotel Kempenski, Trofea Grill, Café 57, Café Gerbeaud and site seeing of the city, ferry ride at river Danube was an incredible delight. Visit to town Szentendre situated at the river Danube, an excellent vacationer place, merited spending entire day.
“Prestigious Media award by film fraternity of Hungary for being Chair for Indo Hungarian Film and Cultural Forum on the last day was a surprise, which was followed by Dinner at Szazeves, one of the oldest restaurants in Budapest”, said Dr. Sandeep Marwah (Chancellor AAFT University of Media and Arts).
